Before you come please make sure-

• You and your witnesses (if needed) bring a photo ID.

• Fill out forms but DO NOT sign.

• Bring your own witnesses, library staff or patrons may not be solicited.

• The Notary may at his/her sole discretion decline to provide Notary service.
